In 1988 Selab was born, the creative laboratory of Seletti conceived by the brothers Stefano and Miria Seletti, Vittorio Boni and the studio Badini CreaTeam. Alessandro Zambelli lives and works in Mantua. He specialized in Industrial Design and Materials Technology at the Cova Foundation and in 2000 began his professional activity with Agape. Since 2003 he has been a freelancer. He created alessandro zambelli designstudio, mainly dedicated to industrial and product design. He never lives his work as a pure exercise in style: he thinks it is essential that every object is illuminated by a soul.

Seletti, a company history of vision and evolution. A story that began in 1964 by Romano Seletti, who from 1972 embarked on a series of commercial trips to the Far East, soon becoming a pioneer in the importation of household products - bamboo objects, enamel tableware and native Chinese products typical of the time. "Enthusiasm, passion, creativity and experimentation, over time the Seletti family has created a true brand that is recognised and established worldwide, a series of collections that have launched design classics," says Stefano Seletti.
