Flos – Bellhop Wall Up brick red wall lamp
Designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby indirect light wall lamp. Body in colored polycarbonate. Diffuser made of semi-transparent injection-moulded polycarbonate. The surface of the diffuser has been designed with a special texture to enhance the uniformity of the light distribution. High efficiency LED source with a lifetime of more than 50.000 hours. The LED source can be easily replaced on site by a professional installer when it comes to the end of its lifecycle. Bellhop Wall Up is a future-proof lamp as no glue is used to assemble its different parts. The product can therefore be separated, replaced individually, and recycled separately.
Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby
Edward and Jay Osgerby founded their own studio in East London in 1996 after studying architecture together at the Royal College of Art. Their approach is characterized by an emphasis on experimentation and innovation and an exploratory attitude towards materiality and colour.From these areas of interest emerge solutions affecting the close relationship of their work with industrial processes and new technologies, but also affinities with the fine arts. The strength of Barber and Osgerby's creative partnership has allowed to collaborate with some of the world's most innovative companies and a variety of architectural, interior, sculpture, product, and exhibition projects.
Among their many honors, Barber and Osgerby received the Jerwood Award in 2004, and in 2007 they were awarded the status of "Royal Designers for Industry." In 2013 they were named members of the Order of the British Empire for their services to the design industry.
Flos, since 1962, thanks to its attractive collections of lamps and chandeliers has established itself among the leaders in the lighting sector.

The name "Flos" which means "Flower" in Latin, has as its origin a bright thought: the idea of giving birth to objects suitable for changing the way of living from a light bulb.

Among all the Arco floor lamp, the Parentesi and Taraxacum suspension lamps (on the cover) by Achille Castiglioni, the famous Taccia lamp, the Aim, the Toio, collections of unmistakable elegance such as the String Light and other ultra-contemporary solutions, collaborating with the best known designers and architects on the national scene.
Among them, Philippe Starck and Antonio Citterio are respectively the fathers of the D'E-light table lamp and the Kelvin LED desk lamp.
