Driade - Ordini vase d14

Ordini is a playful and unexpected interpretation of the classical architectural orders. The working of the vases recalls the mouldings of the Vitruvian orders, where the architectural decorations become an ornamental element that plays with the cylindrical volume of the vase. The collection consists of three elements: a large vase, a narrow vase and a centerpiece cup, differently decorated with a white-grey pattern in dark light or with full colors (matt white and cobalt blue) heated by precious bronze-colored moldings.

Analogia Project

Analogia Project is the result of the collaboration between the designer Andrea Mancuso and the architect Emilia Serra. After graduating in Italy, they met at the Royal College of Art in London in 2010. Andrea Mancuso has a long experience both as a designer of one-off pieces and industrial products. His visual language is based on a sense of irony and surprise. Emilia Serra is an architect and researcher at RCA, careful to combine 3d digital technologies and traditional craft skills.
