Marco Gaudenzi
Born in Pesaro in 1949. He graduated in architecture in 1976 at the University of Rome with a thesis entitled "Residential complex for the elderly in Pesaro".
Since 1976 he has carried out about 150 projects in all sectors of civil and industrial construction, including the construction of an experimental theatre in Pontedera.
Since 1987 he has been, together with the owner of Tonelli, Massimo Bellazecca, the creator and art director of the same, bringing with him designers such as Isao Hosoe, De Pas, D'Urbino, Lomazzi and Luigi Serafini. In the design it performs occasional and non-specific activity that has been realized with Tonelli in the field of furniture, with MFFM in jewelry, with Benelli in hunting rifles.
As part of a comprehensive mobility research project carried out in collaboration with Isao Hosoe, he has created "Fluida", a bicycle "handbag".
Thanks to the company, the furniture industry has been revolutionized by introducing a new welding technique for flat crystal sheets in the 1980s. Indeed, they use a structural adhesive that allows the welded parts to retain transparency and increase the strength of the joint itself.
Over the years, the process has become increasingly refined, reaching very high quality standards. This has not stopped the evolution of the brand, which today is no longer just a manufacturer of furniture accessories but offers cutting-edge solutions to furnish any type of environment.

Tonelli
Founded in the 1980s out of a deep passion for research and experimentation, Tonelli is a reference in the world of design. The company specializes in the production of glass furniture and accessories. The philosophy is based on the combination of tradition and innovation, indispensable elements that, combined with a passion for the material, help promote the culture of glass. Tonelli has inherited this timeless knowledge, reinterpreted it in a modern key and contributed to make it the protagonist of today's furniture. The company has, indeed, drawn from the ancient Italian glassmaking tradition, an artistic-cultural heritage of inestimable value that Tonelli still preserves and protects today, entrusting the complex processing of glass to the hands of expert craftsmen. Tonelli is distinguished by its natural ability to innovate itself and innovate, driven by a constant evolutionary tension, It also experiments with new forms of creativity, investigating new ways of living and always and constantly directing significant investments in Research & Development. Thanks to the company, the furniture industry has been revolutionized by introducing a new welding technique for flat crystal sheets in the 1980s.
