The originality and the workmanship of the legs are the real protagonists of the Riddled table, which takes up the theme of porosity present in many architectures by Steven Holl. The thin sheets of wood, folded thanks to laser engravings, make this project even more spectacular, which seems a challenge to the laws of physics. The two legs, similar to sculptural origami, allow the internal light to pierce them in a real explosion of shadows.

Optional installation of LED lights (charge 100-240V - Eurospina CEE 7/16) with rechargeable batteries (autonomy: 6 hours) positioned inside the legs.

Steven Holl

Steven Holl was born in 1947 in Bremerton, Washington. He graduated from the University of Washington and continued his studies of architecture in Rome in 1970. In 1976 he attended the Architectural Association in London and in 1977 he founded STEVEN HOLL ARCHITECTS in New York City.
Considered one of the most important architects in America, Steven Holl is recognized for his ability to blend space and light with great contextual sensitivity and to use the unique qualities of each project to create a concept-driven design.
