Horm - QUADROR™ 03 table
While he was working on the construction of a frame composed of two intersecting surfaces, Dror "stumbles" into a fascinating discovery: matter, cleverly cut and combined together generates a new shape, a new structural element that, open, creates a stable and independent triangular base. In the QuaDror 03 this base doubles to form a table that certainly does not go unnoticed: with its 420 cm long and 120 cm wide it is a large and functional table, characterized by an imposing design. The game of balance gives this table a sophisticated look, suitable to become the protagonist of the environment.Dror Bershetrit
Focusing on both art and design, aesthetics and functionality, Dror Bershetrit dedicates himself to product design, architecture and art direction. Indeed, in his production it is possible to trace the roots of his style, which emerged from the fusion of the technical knowledge he learned at the Design Academy in Eindhoven and his love of art, that derives from his studies at the Center for Art Education in Tel Aviv.
Upon moving to New York, he founded the Dror studio in 2002. His work is based upon the design of objects that seek the origins of form and movement through the use of materials and the strategic use of technology.
However, today Studio Dror collaborates with big names including: Boffi, Levi's, Surface Magazine, Swarovski and Rosenthal.
