Foscarini - Binic table lamp
The playful and colorful shape of the table lamp Binic immediately attracts sympathy. With its wide palette of colors immediately fits in with the personality of those who choose their favorite version. Perfect as a gift idea. Binic is the name of a small lighthouse on the coast of Brittany. And it is the maritime world that inspired the designer Ionna Vautrin to create this playful little lampshade, whose shape resembles "wind sleeves".
Ionna Vautrin
Graduated from the école de design Nantes Atlantique in 2002, Ionna Vautrin worked for Camper in Spain, George J. Sowden in Italy and Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec in France. He opened his own practice in January 2011. He works with several brands and publishers such as Foscarini, Moustache, Kvadrat, Christian Dior, Sancal, Lexon, Serralunga, SNCF, JCDecaux, Monoprix... His work is a meeting between industry and poetry. He designs everyday objects whose ambition is to be simple but surprising. These projects offer a gentle and generous presence, organic and geometric shapes, a cheerful and colorful spirit, intuitive and functional use.
Foscarini
Foscarini imagines, develops and produces decorative lamps: night and day, they seduce if lit; they surprise when turned off. With our design objects we transform living spaces: we offer beauty, we move emotions. From the beginning, independence from productive constraints translates into freedom of thought. 35 years of collaborations with designers of international level and with the masters of the territory, and a long series of iconic lamps that dialogue with an environment - domestic or collective - and with those who experience it. Our constant: a rigorous and passionate orientation to the project.
