Flos - String Light sphere Casambi 22 mt white suspension lamp

Suspension lamp providing diffused light. Black, white or blue varnished die-cast aluminium body coated with clear soft-touch varnish. Optical diffuser in opal PC. Suspension system of 12 metres with Kevlar reinforced coaxial cable. Available with wall/ceiling connection in black PC and power supply with floor switch in black varnished PC. The on/off switch is electronic with optical and touch dimm mechanism included or touch dimm and CASAMBI Ready version. Dimmer included. Compulsory to add either floor switch or ceiling/wall rose.
On/off and dimmer management through remote control app available for Android and Apple.

Michael Anastassiades

Michael Anastassiades is a Cypriot-born, London-based designer. He founded his studio in 1994 to explore the contemporary notions of culture and aesthetic through a combination of product, furniture and enviromental design. Positioned between art and design, his work aims to provoke dialogue, participation and interection.
He creates objects that are minimal, utilitarian and almost mundane but full of vitality that one might not expect. In 2007 he founded Michael Anastassiades's company in order to produce his distinctive pieces, a collection of lighting, furniture, jewelry, and accessories table. The studio's philosophy is an ongoing pursuit for eclecticism, individuality and timeless quality in design.
Michael trained as a civil engineer at London’s Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine before taking a masters degree in industrial design at the Royal College of Art.
Flos is Main Sponsor of the first anthology of Michael Anastassiades, Michael Anastassiades opened his London studio in 1994. He trained as a civil engineer at the Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine in London, then graduated in industrial design at the Royal College of Art.

Among them, Philippe Starck and Antonio Citterio are respectively the fathers of the D'E-light table lamp and the Kelvin LED desk lamp.
