Talenti – Breez sunbed

The Breez relaxation bed, born from the encounter between the undisputed creative talent of Karim Rashid and the craftsmanship of Made in Italy. The purity and simplicity of the lines are combined with its comfort and elegance giving life to an object of pure design, suitable to furnish the outdoor space in an exclusive way. Made with a structure in nanoceramic treated steel, cataphoresis and powder coating is available in two color variants: white or dove grey. The cushions are made of white fabric, removable, easy to wash and highly resistant to atmospheric agents.

Karim Rashid

Karim Rashid was born in Cairo, Egypt in 1960; he is half English and half Egyptian but raised mostly in Canada. He received a degree in Industrial Design in 1982 from Carleton University in Ottawa, in Canada. He pursued graduate design studies in Naples, Italy, with Ettore Sottsass and others, then moved to Milan for one year at the Rodolfo Bonetto Studio. On his return to Canada, he has been worked for seven years with KAN Industrial Designers. While at KAN, he also co-founded and designed the Babel Fashion Collection and North from 1985 to 1991. All of Karim Rashid's works are exhibited in the world's most famous museums, including: the Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco and New York and the Centre Georges Pompidour in Paris. With his works Karim Rashid won many honors and awards including the prestigious Red Dot Design Award. He opened his own practice in New York City in 1993. He has worked for numerous clients globally such as Alessi, Bonaldo, Vondom, Artemide, Fontana Arte, Umbra, Bobble, Prada, Yahoo!, Edra, Foscarini, Davidoff, Zero Disegno, Magis, Method Home, Issey Miyake, Totem, Pure Design, Zeritalia, Guzzini, Estee Lauder, Tommy Hilfiger, Giorgio Armani, Sony, Leonardo, Zanotta, Maybelline, YSL and others. Nowdays Karim Rashid represents one of the most famous designers thanks to his works heading toward a better future.

Talenti; The Talenti story began in 2004 with Fabrizio Cameli who, after spending a few years in his family marble business, decided to set up his own garden furniture business. Excellent results and prestigious accolades soon followed. In 2007, during the economic crisis that was hitting the country, Talenti stepped on the accelerator of intuition: something is changing and it cannot be left behind. And so other lines were designed, this time of a contemporary nature; a courageous choice that was rewarded at the Salone del Mobile in Milano. For this launch, Talenti selected Karim Rashid, designer who at the time was enjoying great success on the market.The products made with the American designer were a success; the collaboration with Rashid established Talenti as a major player in the outdoor living market.
