Flou - Gentleman cigar storage unit

Gentlemen cigar storage unit stand has a structure in plywood of curved poplar covered externally in leather, internally in ebony matt finish. The perimeter cord is the same color of the structure or contrasting. Fronts and handles are leather. While the upper cigar compartment is covered in Spanish Cedar, the cigar trays and humidor drawer are in solid Spanish Cedar, equipped with hygrometer for internal humidity control. Closing door with matt burnished frame and bronze tempered glass. The lower compartment has doors and handles covered in leather, while the inside is in ebony, with a matt finish.

Carlo Colombo

Carlo Colombo graduated in Milan in 1993 and immediately began collaborating with Cappellini on projects such as the Archimede bed and the ZigoZago carpet. In parallel with the activity of consultant for furniture companies, he has taken part in the renovation of buildings, such as showrooms, offices, restaurants and villas. One of his most interesting projects is the Hong Kong Louvre Gallery, an exhibition space for top quality design products. Today, as well as with Poltrona Frau and Cappellini, he is working for companies such as Arflex, Moroso, Poliform, Varenna and Flou. In 2004 he received the “Designer of the Year” award in Tokyo and, as an Italian member, held industrial design conferences in Italy, Israel, Greece, Portugal, Slovenia, Ukraine, Australia, Russia, England, Brazil and China.
