Kristalia – Duty Box white painted container

Box is a simple and multifunctional wall container. Born from the creativity of Luciano Bertoncini, it is characterized by a minimal aesthetic and a great versatility of use. The structure, in light and resistant aluminum, frames a mirror door that hides multipurpose shelves, clothes hangers and shoe holders.

In the BoxOne version, the door is entirely mirrored and opens with an external handle, to be chosen in black or natural Presot leather or soft opal silicone. As in the previous version, the door opens to 180 then. with concealed hinges. Compact and essential, Box and BoxOne are designed to complete any room of the house, from the bathroom to the entrance, to the bedroom.

Luciano Bertoncini

Born in Feltre in 1939, he moved to Treviso and began working in the studio of architect Vittorio Rossi, gaining experience in building and brand design.
In this period he designed the Zattera bed and the Italian Look living room furniture that help define the modern Italian furniture.  He met the designer Joe Colombo, art director of Elco, who included the Gronda coat hanger in his catalogue.
After the sudden death of Joe Colombo, he realized the execution phase of his project for the exhibition "Italy : the new domestic landscape" at the Moma in New York. With his studio in Treviso he deals with design and architecture.  From his collaboration with Aprilia was born the project of the motorcycle Tuareg Wind, selected for the XIV somebody. Compasso d'Oro.  In the furniture sector he collaborates with several companies and, with Bellato, his Onda bed has been selected for the X somebody. Compasso d'Oro.  He takes care of the corporate image of Technogym, Seventy, Aprilia, Diadora, Invicta and Belstaff, also designing their flagship stores.  In 1999 the city of Oderzo dedicated him a solo exhibition for his 30 years of activity, with a publication edited by Virginio Briatore, presented by Sergio Polano, RDE Ricerche Design Editrice.

Kristalia

Kristalia was founded in 1994 by the ingenuity of two Friulian entrepreneurs, united by their passion for design and jazz, they discovered completely new areas for design, in which they expressed local excellence. A few years later, Kristalia was already a landmark in Italy and beyond. At the outset of the 21st century the company made the history of extending tables. In the second decade of the century it became one of the design firms that particularly attracted designers. A few years ago it also opened up to the world of hospitality contract supplies. Nowadays, once sceptical contractors are the first to contact Kristalia to develop new ideas. Their goal is to be an example of high industrial craftsmanship, to show how technology and creativity could accompany made in Italy into the new millennium. Brand recognized internationally for its innovative designs and the light and essential sign of its furniture.
