The game of volumes of NYNY UNIT, in fact, wants to be a tribute to the New Museum of Contemporary Art in Nolita, whose building develops the archetypal forms of the Babylonian ziggurats. With a totemic soul, NYNY UNIT is defined by the asymmetric overlap of suspended geometric volumes thanks to the support of the metal structure on the wall. Each volume corresponds to a specific function: below, two drawers, one high and one low; above, two compartments with doors, the lower one can also be used as a desk.
