Mdf Italia - Sag stool/coffee table
Sag stool is a multifaceted and functional accessory. Stool legs are usually "column" elements. Sag on the contrary, was conceived as a single piece bent on itself, like a cloth suspended in the air and fused in three directions in a single form. The concave arch structure, thus generated, gives Sag its peculiar image, soft and elastic, but also an extreme strength, able to distribute forces and absorb loads. Sag is a well-rounded project, since even the packaging has been the subject of study for usability, materials and innovation.
The supporting structure is in rigid polyurethane, obtained by moulding, available in white or mud colours, with matt embossed finish. The polyurethane used, called TECH, is structural high density, ensuring a high resistance to impact, scratches and aging.
Available in polyurethane or bamboo. The version in polyurethane, in white or matte mud, is printed in soft integral polyurethane, called freeform (with plywood insert). The wood variant is composed of bamboo veneered plywood panel, with narrow slats and evaporated finish. The variants with polyurethane structure and seat can be used both indoors and outdoors.
