Kristalia - Sharky low back stool 76 painted base
The observation of nature, combined with a deep knowledge of contemporary lifestyles, is the basis of the philosophy of Eva Paster and Michael Geldmacher. To create the joints between the body and the base of the Sharky chair, awarded in 2015 with the Interior Innovation Award, the designers were inspired by the lightness and strength of the fins of sharks. The result is a sinuous seat, thin but very resistant. Sharky - in the versions chair, stool with high back and stool with low back - is available with wooden legs or painted aluminum with visible welds. The polyurethane shell is made even more comfortable by the upholstered seat or cushions, in many colors. The possibility to add a Lips cushion, designed for outdoor use, adds a touch of customization and comfort to these seats.
