Flou – MyPlace modular sofa

The MyPlace sofa fully interprets the designer’s idea: to live with passion. Three different seat depths meet the most demanding expectations in terms of relaxation and comfort. The compositions can be conventional, or can be placed on the wall, or fan-shaped, becoming central protagonists of the living room. The freedom of composition of seats, armrests and backrests - in all twenty elements - allows the widest and most varied customization.

Emanuela Garbin

Emanuela Garbin started the world of design in 1990, when she founded the Studio Opera alongwith Mario Dell’Orto and Enrico Cattaneo.
Her interests range from business consulting and art-direction to the study of communication, from industrial design to the planning or restructuring projects for showrooms and stores.
In the field of project design, she has created models of the various product types: armchairs, sofas, furniture, beds and furnishing accessories that have been accepted by prestigious Italian companies and are now part of their production. These models have also won prizes during exhibitions and competitions both in Italy and abroad.

Flou

A leader in the furniture sector, established in 1978 with the launch of Nathalie, the first modern upholstered textile bed with removable cover: Flou today offers total living under the banner of well-being, design and Made in Italy quality.        In over forty years of research and innovation, and with the collaboration of such well-known names as, among all, Vico Magistretti, Flou has been able to create beds that have become true typological icons and, always present in every museum or exhibition aimed to industrial design.
Nowadays Flou offers total living furniture collections, not only for the bedroom but for every domestic environment.
