In 2018, he was honored with the Land Rover Born Award for Bombas Gens, and with the International CEMEX Building Award for "Cottage in the Vineyard"; in the same year his name was placed in Forbes' "The Most 100 Creative People in Business" ranking. The Tablet Collection, designed for Vondom, has been awarded the Good Design Award 2018 by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design. On the occasion of the IF Design Awards 2019, the Lignage collection for Noken Porcelanosa Bathrooms triumphed in the Best Bathroom Design category.
