Patchwork was born from the idea of ​​recovering ancient carpets to give them new life. The carpet is chosen and bleached with prolonged exposure to the sun, washed, dried and finally re-dyed, cut into squares, assembled and sewn by hand. Each carpet is unique in design, but the patchwork system lends itself by definition to having customized sizes and shapes. Each carpet is artfully designed to give visual balance to the piece and continuity to the Collection.

Carpet Edition

Carpet Edition is an Italian company specialized in the production and distribution of customised design carpets. Carpet Edition was established in 2005 as an offspring of Indikon, the historic company specialized in rugs and carpets founded over 50 years ago by Gianni Erba. Indikon, in partnership with subsidiary Berry Mills, has been able to build a network of exclusive suppliers and company-owned production sites with looms in several locations in India, consolidating a huge wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry as well as a large manufacturing capability. This know-how is echoed by Carlo and Valentina Erba, the children of founder Gianni, in starting a new business project: the Carpet Edition brand.
