Alessi - Convivio casserole with long handle
The long-handled casserole, also known as "alla russa", shares the versatility of other casseroles, excelling in particular in the preparation of sauces and sauces. The simple volume of the cylindrical container is contrasted with the strong horizontality of the handle: a balanced juxtaposition of geometries and materials.
