The Chef’s double-spout non-stick aluminium pan is versatile for preparing from brunch to dinner and is easy to clean. Ideal for a wide range of preparations, including fries has a double spout to pour cooking juices with ease and get maximum crispness. The 18/10 stainless steel lid covers the double spout to retain cooking vapours. When used without lid, it facilitates the reduction of cooking liquids to obtain a delicious sauce thanks also to the wide and flat base of the pan. The high edges and deep shape prevent splashing or spillage and allow you to mix easily. This durable pot is suitable for use on all cooking hobs, including induction and oven hobs up to 260 °C.
