The ability to stack the product makes Amélie Panchetta a design object that is at the same time of great aesthetic taste, but also extremely functional and versatile. The stackable bench combines comfort, lightness and practicality and is suitable for both domestic environments, both to furnish large public spaces, indoor and outdoor, for the contract world and for events.

Italo Pertichini

Born in Switzerland, Italo Pertichini moved to Italy to complete his training, first as an artist at the Art Institute of San Giovanni in Fiore (CS) and then as an aesthetic technician at ISIA in Rome: this double soul has entirely influenced his activity as a designer. In fact, his philosophy is to create objects that have simple shapes and closely related to their function. Pertichini says: "What is beautiful does not always work and what usually works is beautiful. Beautiful and useful, it may seem reductive... but has always been the essence of Design." His career began with the collaboration with Gallotti and Radice in 1996, as a consultant and designer, until 2001, when he opened in Milan his design studio where he deals with industrial design and interior design.

Giò Colonna Romano knows it well, when he founded SLIDE in 2002: his fancy fantasy matches perfectly with his thirty-year know how in the processing of plastic resins. The first note of amazement is the luminous furniture, which immediately became a must-have in the world of events. Since 2015, his son Marco Colonna Romano has taken over the company with his father’s same desire to grow and innovate. Thanks to a new spirit and the team of young people that work with him, SLIDE has become a beloved company for outdoor furniture: architects and interior designers from all over the world have fallen in love with the new ideas, shapes, materials and tactile textures. Indeed, SLIDE creates complete furniture and entire collections, thanks to the collaboration with some of the most famous designers of the world, such as Alessandro Mendini, Paola Navone, Fabio Novembre, Stefano Giovannoni, Marcel Wanders, Karim Rashid, Marc Sadler, Francesco Favaretto and Marcantonio.
