Organize the kitchen environment on separate areas, allows different and complementary ways of living the home space. In the foreground, connected to the living area, compact and functional, but designed for a convivial experience, the stainless steel Italia island with Era snack top. In addition to the Canaletto walnut panelling, which integrates Modus doors with horizontal opening, the most complete operating area is concentrated, dedicated to professional tools and equipment. The stainless steel, hygienic, resistant and safe, has always been a particular material of the Arclinea production quality, is the constant of the project: from Italia doors of bases and columns, to worktops with reservoir, to the back equipped with Shelf and Shelf Hood.

A linear design, in which the three areas of preparation, cooking, washing, integrate the ideal tools for performing the various functions: ensuring a correct workflow. On the sides of the Specialty cooking 5 gas burners, two sinks: one dedicated to the preparation and washing of food, the other to the washing of dishes. PaperStone wooden cutting boards and grids, sliding, help to make even more flexible and punctual operation.
Antonio Citterio
Born in Meda in 1950, he opened his own design studio in 1972 and graduated in architecture from the Milan Polytechnic in 1975. Between 1987 and 1996 he was associated with Terry Dwan; together they built buildings in Europe and Japan. In 2000, with Patricia Viel, he founded a design company, active at an international level, which develops complex design programs, at all scales and in synergy with a qualified network of specialist consultancies. The studio has now assumed the name of “Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel”. In the industrial design sector he currently collaborates with Italian and foreign companies such as Ansorg, Arclinea, Axor-Hansgrohe, B&B Italia, Flexform, Flos, Hermès, Iittala, Kartell, Maxalto, Sanitec (Geberit Group), Technogym and Vitra. Another important fact, in 1987 and 1994 Antonio Citterio was awarded the Compasso d'Oro-ADI. Since 2006 he has been teaching architectural design at the Mendrisio Academy of Architecture (Switzerland). In 2008 he received the honor "Royal Designer for Industry" from the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers & Commerce in London.
Arclinea
Since 1988 the Arclinea project has aimed to bring innovation in the space of cooking. The first product symbol of a new concept is Italy by Antonio Citterio, who incorporates materials, ways and uses of professional equipment. New is the aesthetics of unalterable and resistant to water and fire steel, technically processed with the precision necessary for the best functional performance. The floors are deeper, streamlined and organized for preparation and cooking, with a dedicated double wash-for food and crockery, with the aim of giving the right working tools for the highest quality of the result. Over the years the professional concept has been extending to new products and is enriched with other technical solutions, more performing equipment, more sophisticated finishes.
