Alessi - Edges wine cooler PVD brass

The Edges family consists of a basket, a cake holder, an ice bucket and a tray, all adorned with delicate borders that recall embroidered finishes. Nika Zupanc has embraced the iconicity and immediacy of small perforated holes running along the outer edges of this small collection. Instead of being a decoration in itself, it aims to create a direct relationship between us and the objects. Although simple and easy to understand, embellishment is used to create an instant emotional impact. The objects are available in two versions: 18/10 stainless steel and 18/10 stainless steel with brass PVD coating.

Nika Zupanc

Nika Zupanc, was born in 1974 in Slovenia as a young interior designer in Ljubljana, a young interior designer from Ljubljana, graduated in 2000 at the Fine Arts Academy in the same city. Since that moment, her talent and her creativity bring her to the top of success with the launch of Lolita lamp, her first item produced by Moooi. In 2008 she founded her studio where she has been working as an independent designer and she is constantly involved in new projects that come from distinctive interpretations of modern culture and contemporary design. Among collaborations, in addition to Moooi, include Qeeboo by Stefano Giovannoni, Sé by Pavlo Schtakleff, Moroso, Natuzzi Italia, Nodus Rug, Ghidini1961, Scarlet Splendour, Contardi Lighting, and De Castelli.
