Alessi - Girotondo napkin holder

The man-shaped tunnel designed by Stefano Giovannoni and Guido Venturini, in art King-Kong, finds its application on everyday objects. The success of this decoration has given birth to a whole family of objects for the home and office, such as the stainless steel basket Girotondo.

Under this acronym worked, from 1985 to 1989, the architects Stefano Giovannoni and Guido Venturini, authors of a cartoonistic, elementary and playful language that marked design in the early 90s.
