The Sicily is my love collection is decorated with the Sicilian cart motif and with different colors of ovals that contain the unique flavors of the Mediterranean: There are in fact represented golden yellow lemons, oranges of Sicily, fire red cherries of Etna. Finally, to make even more special the precious objects, typical Sicilian decorations called paparuni are depicted. Dolce&Gabbana and Smeg unite their artistic souls, giving life to unique, original projects Made in Italy, like Sicily is my Love. The new collection of small appliances is made by Smeg with the design of Matteo Bazzicalupo and Raffaella Mangiarotti and creativity signed Dolce&Gabbana.

Smeg is an Italian family business based in Guastalla (RE) that has been manufacturing home appliances since 1948. It has subsidiaries worldwide, alongside overseas sales offices, and an extensive sales parnter network. Vittorio Bertazzoni Sr founded SMEG (an acronym for Smalterie Metallurgiche Emiliane Guastalla) in Guastalla, near Reggio Emilia, in Italy. In 1985 Smeg began a collaboration with architect Guido Canali to design ovens and cooktops. Design, for Smeg, is central: the way that a product communicates with its surroundings, and enables users to interact with it.
Smeg has received a number of important awards and recognitionsover the years from leading institutions and international magazines as result of its  deep focus on product design and quality.
