Alessi - Parmenide black grater
The grater Parmenide, designed by Alejandro Ruiz, combines two types of the home landscape: the grater for cheese and cheese, thus becoming a pleasant table container for grated cheese. Parmenide is present in the collection of the Musem of Modern Art in New York.
Alejandro Ruiz
Born in Bahia Blanca in 1954, designer, interior architect and exhibition designer. He has collaborated with studio Alchimia and Gregotti Associati. He has taught at the Istituto Europeo di Design and at the Domus Academy. He also works for Alacta, Perani, Mimo, Red-Zanussi.
