Qeeboo - Sherwood floor lamp white

Sherwood is an impressive 2 meter tall deer whose horns become chandeliers decorated with crystals and pendants.
The strong natural energy of the animal is immortalized by Marcantonio who imagines the deer moving proudly in a forest creating, thanks to its powerful bright horns, magical glows in the night, as if it were a guide to follow. In this dreamlike universe between fantasy and reality Sherwood becomes the protagonist of indoor and outdoor spaces.

Marcantonio

Marcantonio was born in 1976 and he attended the Art Institute and the Academy of Fine Arts. After graduating, he began working as a theatre set designer and collaborating with several architects.He soon began to create unique design pieces along with an Artistic production, but step by step the two careers began to link each other. Thus, his design is enriched with artistic concepts. Since 2001, he has been working on sculptures, art objects and design projects. His favorite theme is related to the connections between man and nature, in interpreting the dynamics and beauty of nature by showing man's attitude modifying the original. He has learnt from Art how an idea can be elegant, which is why he is always looking for pure and synthetic concepts."I never give up irony, irony is a serious thing. If a good idea is also funny, I cannot help but realise it'.
