FontanaArte - Bianca floor lamp L
Bianca is a family of luminaires with the diffuser surface decoration that is characterized by an orderly series of light and delicate grooves that, on the white volume of the glass, remind of small footprints in fresh snow. Blown by mouth, ground to tape and then passed in acid in order to obtain the characteristic "silk effect" of the precious glass, Bianca’s diffusers are available in three diameters that complete all the thirteen typolesgia of appliances that decline the family. The largest measures 50 cm in diameter and, for size and quantity of glass, has represented, represents and will represent at each production an authentic challenge even for the most skilled glassmakers, used to blowing glass at rest that, according to the traditional Venetian production process, it does not provide the help of external aids to turn and shape the glass mass in the mold, but only the use of their own mastery and lung capacity. Bianca is available in versions without a base, table and floor with a base, suspended or wall and ceiling. The opaque white colour of the varnishes applied to the various metallic media recalls the name and colour of the diffuser. Bianca produces a diffuse, very warm light that envelops the surrounding environment.
