Vibia - Class floor lamp

Sebastian Herkner

Sebastian Herkner studied product design at the hfg (Hochschule für Gestaltung) Offenbach University of Art and Design. During his studies, he focused on the design of furniture and objects, leaning more and more towards materials, colors and textures. In 2006 Sebastian Herkner opened his own studio. Since then he has designed furniture and lamps as well as designing interior architecture projects and designing museum displays and trade fairs. The focal point of his activity is the continuous dialogue that embraces all disciplines and takes him to the most remote corners of the earth in search of almost forgotten craft techniques and factories that are based on centuries-old traditions and manual arts to save before oblivion definitive.
