Musing JV is a sculpture in cast bronze that embodies a period of reflection. A group of three figures sit together quietly, lost in thoughts. One figurine seems to have come to an enlightening insight and raises his hand to express relief and emotional release. Our bronze sculptures are cast using the lost wax method. Jacques Vanroose
Jacques Vanroose is a Belgian artist who studied Plastic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bruges, where he’s also currently based. His preferred working media are bronze and ceramics. Most of Vanroose’s artwork is inspired by dance, more specifically ballet. The artist meticulously studies the human body in movement in order to create timeless sculptures. His sculptures are elegant and graceful, full of movement and emotion.
The Belgian company was founded in 1999, with a mission to spread new ideas and perspectives through works of art with strong decorative power. All Gardeco sculptures are handcrafted by skilled artisans, thus conveying a strong sense of authenticity. Gardeco could be considered an art publisher that represents artists and craftsmen. Each mould in which our products are made, is made by hand, as well as the final refining details of each product.
