Wiener GTV Design Thonet - Feng screen black fabric
The FENG screen was born from the desire of the Testatonda group to combine functionality and refinement. The design investigation starts from the Japanese concept shibumi "discreet beauty", enclosed in the harmonious design of the shapes, the essentiality of the materials and the elegance of the details. All elements that in their sum go to compose an object from a soul far from discreet but also able to assert itself in the space that wants to delimit. Hence the choice of name that takes inspiration from the Chinese translation of screen "ping feng" where feng stands for "wind or breeze". Feng, a three-dimensional accessory, is modular. The sails, with two or three modules, extend horizontally and depending on the composition and direction chosen, are a decorative element capable of creating different geometric games. Available in selected fabrics.
