Alessi - 90010 ashtray

A small object that contains a great story. On the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the Bauhaus, the ashtray designed by Marianne Brandt is offered with a packaging that celebrates this special anniversary.

Marianne Brandt

German (1893-1983). She studied painting and sculpture in Weimar, being the only woman to have worked in the Metallwerkstatt of the Bauhaus. His objects are a splendid example of the quest for simplicity in the process of industrial drawing and moulding.
