Knindustrie - Moby Dick cutting board
The "Fresh Fish" series of cutting boards is inspired by the artistic activity of Stefano Pilato from Livorno.
The idea of transforming some of his works into concrete objects with a practical function and serial development was born from the meeting between Stefano Pilato and KnIndustrie. Like Moby Dick, a kitchen cutting board made of Canaletto walnut, ennobled as a sculpture to hang and as a plate for serving cured meats, cheeses, etc.
