DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver worldwide, using the best international couriers. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page.
Our products can either be available for immediate delivery (stock section) or need to be ordered from the manufacturer.
For products in stock, we guarantee processing within 3–4 working days (excluding courier shipping times). For products that need to be ordered, processing times vary depending on the company and the product, as these items are made to order. Delays may occur due to production issues, shipping delays, or other factors beyond our control. During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional campaigns (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, August), deliveries might take longer.
To get a more accurate update, we recommend contacting us five working days after your order or close to the estimated delivery date to check for any delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase based on the product’s size, quantity purchased, and packaging dimensions.
Delivery times with standard or specialized couriers are approximately 5–7 working days.

Most of our products are shipped using DHL GoGreen climate-friendly services or selected shipping agencies.

PICKUP AT OUR LOCATION
For customers who prefer and are able to pick up their purchased products directly from our stores in Palermo, Italy.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Delivery to the ground floor, meaning to the first locked door (main building entrance, not the apartment door). Delivery is made to the address provided during purchase.
Delivery times with standard or specialized couriers are approximately 5–7 working days but may vary due to customs requirements.
TRACKING
Once your product reaches our warehouse and is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES AND COSTS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any local duties or taxes are excluded from the order value. If applicable, the customs office will contact you directly via email or phone.
You might still be contacted even if no customs fees apply. It is essential to respond to ensure delivery. Failing to respond may result in the product being returned to the sender.

DELIVERY TO YOUR FLOOR
Delivery to your apartment door: the shipping company will deliver your order directly to your apartment, such as in the case of a condominium.
This service does not include assembly or placement. You can also request delivery using furniture lifts if necessary.
DELIVERY TO YOUR FLOOR + ASSEMBLY + PACKAGING DISPOSAL
The shipping agents will deliver to your apartment, place the product in the desired room, unpack the delivered item, proceed with its assembly (if applicable), and dispose of the packaging materials.
These additional services must be arranged with our Customer Service, which will provide a personalized quote based on the service requested, the product purchased, and the destination.
The apartment or desired location in your home must be accessible without restrictions (e.g., small elevators or narrow staircases).
Before accepting the delivery, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and promptly reporting any anomalies to the carrier. Accept with reservations if necessary.
Afterward, film the package's opening, check the product's integrity, and ensure proper functioning (if applicable). You have up to five days to report any damages or malfunctions by sending the video via WhatsApp to +39 3392482768.
Reports received after this deadline will not be accepted.
NOTES:
- The indicated days do not include holidays or long weekends. The number of days refers to working days only (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery times are indicative. While we rely solely on selected couriers, shipments may occasionally be delayed due to external factors.
- Shipping times are based on normal accessibility to the delivery address. They are not valid for remote areas, islands, or locations with difficult or restricted access.
