Lunar is a console table with a fire-molten glass top, tempered and back painted and with a lava grey metal base. The price refers to the console size L160xP45xh75cm.
Fiam - Lunar console
For this console designed for Fiam Italia, we wanted the glass top, melted at high temperature with a rhomboidal pattern, to be elegantly supported by thin but recognizable metal legs. The inspiration came from the shape of the LEM.
In addition to a purely engineering aesthetic reference, an important formal reference was certainly the anthropomorphic design of Carlo Mollino.

Vittorio Livi has always had a passion: glass.
The first company he founded, Fullet, produced colored glass for the furniture industry. This was followed by Artiglass, Curvovetro, Cromoglass and Vellutart.
From the merger of some of these companies, FIAM, the first company to make curved glass furniture elements, was born in 1973. Thanks to its technology and collaborations with well-known international designers, FIAM became a leader in its field and some of its products are exhibited in 25 international museums.
After being involved in the renovation of Montegridolfo, a walled village dating back to the 7th century B.C., in 1992 Vittorio Livi acquires and rehabilitates Villa Miralfiore, a historic building in Pesaro dating back to 1260.
Part of the villa is dedicated to Spazio Miralfiore, a museum of glass works produced by Livi and numerous national and international artists.
