Carefully calibrated in its dimensions, the MOS bench by GamFratesi has a double function as a seat and a container with open shelf. The structure is made from bent beech-wood, while the bench surface is in open-pore painted ash, with a full-length upholstered cushion. Also available with a shorter seat cushion and exposed bench surface.

Gamfratesi

Studio Gamfratesi was founded in 2006 by Danish architect Stine Gam and Italian architect Enrico Fratesi. The studio is based in Copenhagen. GamFratesi's design draws its creative drive from the fusion of tradition and innovation in an experimental approach to selected materials and techniques. Each with their own traditional background, Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi draw on classic Danish furniture and craftsmanship, as well as a classical Italian intellectual and conceptual approach. Understanding a tradition and actively addressing it in the workshop allows them to expand it. From this cross-cultural substrate comes a design that respectfully reflects tradition while presenting unique stories, symbols, and associations, often expressed in minimalist ways. GamFratesi aims to create furniture that illustrates the process and techniques that created it and reflects a persistent exploration of the border zone between harmony and disharmony. They participate in numerous exhibitions-Milan, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Cologne, New York, Shanghai, London, Berlin, etc.

Gebrüder Thonet Vienna GmbH (GTV) has develop edits work in a successful blend of the traditional and the modern, of continuity and renewal, with a new production program that begins by re-editing a series of Gebrüder Thonet classics. At the same time, GTV stands for contemporary furnishing. Advanced production techniques are applied to innovative designs and uses of materials, to create highly sought-after, multipurpose furnishing items. Truly original, up-to-date solutions that integrate well with the more classic products of its catalogue, now reworked.Items such as chair No. 14, of which more than 50 million were made between 1850 and 1930, have gone down in history for their fine design and manufacturing quality, and yet still today excite and attract new generations.
