Loop is a chair designed by Front as a visual tangle. With a ring pattern back, characterized by a single line that wraps around itself, materializing the movement of the pencil in space, round after round, the Loop chair is available in a set of two and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

Front Design

Sofia Lagerkvist and Anna Lindgren are members of the Swedish design studio Front.  Their work is based on joint discussions, explorations and experiments and they collaborate on all projects, from initial ideas to the final product.  Front’s design objects often tell the viewer a story about the design process, material, or conventions within the design field.  Significant in their work is the partial assignment of the design process to animals, computers or machines.  They have worked on various projects such as evolving interiors, exploding objects, robotic furniture and a range of furniture inspired by their fascination with magic.

Qeeboo
