Mdf Italia - Flow Chair Color stem base and pigmented shell

Flow Chair Color stem was born in 2009 from an idea of Jean Marie Massaud. Not a simple chair, but a versatile and flexible product; a constantly evolving project that over time has become a family of products able to satisfy every need and style.

The curved lines of the seat and the elegance of the profile are combined in a perfect alchemy guaranteeing comfort and ergonomics. Thanks to a wide range of finishes and 10 different bases, Flow Chair is customizable and integrates into the most diverse contexts, from modern to classic living rooms, to the most refined working contexts, without ever betraying its original character.

Flow Chair and Flow Chair Color can be completed by a padding: a thermoformed and padded back shell, with polyurethane mat and quilted polyester wadding. The padded PAD is an optional accessory available for both the Flow Chair and the Flow Chair Color, made of polyurethane and quilted polyester wadding by heat-sealed coupling to the fabric.
This particular packaging technique gives three-dimensionality to the graphics and padding, ensuring quality and durability of the same.
Given the peculiarities, the cover is not removable.

Jean Marie Massaud

Jean-Marie Massaud (Toulouse, 1966) is a French designer and architect. Graduated from the National School of Industrial Design "Les Ateliers" in Paris in 1990, he then began to work with Marc Berthier. He has worked in all fields of design, from furniture to individual products to industrial equipment. In 2000, he founded Studio Massaud, expanding his experience in the architectural development sector. Among his projects is the 'Volcano Chivas Stadium', a low environmental impact stadium, inaugurated in July 2010, in Guadalajara, Mexico. He collaborates with various brands, including B & B Italia, Axor Hansgrohe, Dior, Poltrona Frau, Lancôme and Renault. Proclaimed 'designer of the year' in 2009 at the Salon M&O Now, his works have been published in the most prestigious magazines in the world and exhibited in important international exhibitions.
