Flos - Coordinates Module C CLIII ceiling lamp silver

Coordinates is a diffused light system composed of horizontal and vertical rods arranged to form light grids of various shapes and complexity. Each rod is composed of an extruded aluminum body machined and anodized in champagne color and a diffuser in optical platinum silicone, integrated stripled (CRI 90). Each rod is supported thanks to an electrical and mechanical connection system, which remains invisible, designed to allow the composition of the 3 ceiling models (C1 - C2 - C4), combined with the respective Long versions for the highest ceilings ( C1 Long, C2 Long, C4 Long ). Also available is the "Module C" model, whose geometry is designed to be repeated several times to create large grids. Each Coordinates configuration includes its own rose window, whose integrated electronics allow the use of different dimerization systems: push, 1-10, DALI. In case of absence of these systems you can set the luminous flux during installation, with push system included in the rose.
For each configuration is also available version CL III for remote power installations.

Michael Anastassiades

Michael Anastassiades is a Cypriot-born, London-based designer. He founded his studio in 1994 to explore the contemporary notions of culture and aesthetic through a combination of product, furniture and enviromental design. Positioned between art and design, his work aims to provoke dialogue, participation and interection. He creates objects that are minimal, utilitarian and almost mundane but full of vitality that one might not expect. Anastassiades' works are exhibited in permanent collections at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Crafts Council in London, the FRAC Centre in Orleans, France and the MAK in Vienna. Recent solo exhibitions include Time And Again at the Geymüllerschlössel / MAK in Vienna, To Be Perfectly Frank at Svenskt Tenn in Stockholm, Norfolk House music room at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. He has also designed products with various leading manufacturers including Flos, Puiforcat, Lobmeyr and Svenskt Tenn. In 2007 he founded Michael Anastassiades's company in order to produce his distinctive pieces, a collection of lighting, furniture, jewellry, and accessories table. The studio's philosophy is an ongoing pursuit for eclecticism, individuality and timeless quality in design.
Michael trained as a civil engineer at London’s Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine before taking a masters degree in industrial design at the Royal College of Art.
