Slide - Hexa modular bookcase

Thanks to the same principle, Hexa has an "open" character thanks to its individual cells but connected and therefore repeatable in various indoor scenarios, from the most extensive and public to private and individual use. The hexagonal shape of each space has both an aesthetic and functional function: aesthetically the geometric shape is elegant and regular and with its six sides it allows to have at least two support sides for each space, so as to be a convenient container.

Taeke Halma is an industrial designer born in the Netherlands who has his permanent residence and a design studio in the Lyon region of France.
He has designed products for companies such as Artemide, Slide, Philips and Whirlpool. He also performs the function of managing the design process. He has worked on European projects in the Netherlands, France, Italy and Germany.

Indeed, SLIDE creates complete furniture and entire collections, thanks to the collaboration with some of the most famous designers of the world, such as Alessandro Mendini, Paola Navone, Fabio Novembre, Stefano Giovannoni, Marcel Wanders, Karim Rashid, Marc Sadler, Francesco Favaretto and Marcantonio.
