Flou - Jaipur double bed

Identifiable with its head: a modern boiserie with macro wooden interweaving framed by a thin metal profile, almost a fabric with endless dilated weft and warp, which reinterprets in a new way the sartorial skill of the Flou textile tradition.
The wood is heat treated in coffee oak or black stained oak finishes while the profile is in matt burnished painted aluminium. The upholstered sommier upholstered in fabric, leather or eco-leather is essential and minimal in shape, perfectly balancing the headboard and creating a harmonious whole.
Jaipur is available with Leonardo base, H25 base with adjustable slats, removable container base, base with Motion 4 motion network.

Carlo Colombo

Carlo Colombo graduated in Milan in 1993 and immediately began collaborating with Cappellini on projects such as the Archimede bed and the ZigoZago carpet. In parallel with the activity of consultant for furniture companies, he has taken part in the renovation of buildings, such as showrooms, offices, restaurants and villas. One of his most interesting projects is the Hong Kong Louvre Gallery, an exhibition space for top quality design products. Today, as well as with Poltrona Frau and Cappellini, he is working for companies such as Arflex, Moroso, Poliform, Varenna and Flou. In 2004 he received the “Designer of the Year” award in Tokyo and, as an Italian member, held industrial design conferences in Italy, Israel, Greece, Portugal, Slovenia, Ukraine, Australia, Russia, England, Brazil and China.
