An icon of contemporary design, one of the most effective expressions of Made in Italy. Armchair with welcoming shapes, without rigid supports, in which the traditional elements merge into one whole.
B&B Italia - Le Bambole Bluette armchair
An icon of contemporary design, one of the most effective expressions of Made in Italy capable of combining research and imagination, the Bambola armchair is part of the Le Bambole '07 series, an original project from the 1970s, awarded the Compasso d'Oro in 1979. A project that has provided a very personal response to the theme of the seat, originating from a monoblock that contains, as if "carved" in one material, back, seat and armrest. Welcoming forms, without rigid supports, in which the traditional elements are merged into one according to the intentions of the designer who tried to reproduce "a living body, pleasant to touch, to embrace, soft but safe".
