Gian Vittorio Plazzogna was born in Treviso and graduated in architecture in Venice. After working as an art director in Conegliano (TV) at Quadragono, he opened his own interdisciplinary design studio in Treviso, with areas of intervention ranging in diversified production sectors: product design, graphic design, interior design. The product design sector deals mainly with the design of furniture, modular furniture programs and kitchens of industrial production for several companies operating in Italy and abroad (Arredo 3, Battistella, Berloni, Cattelan, Cesar, Dica, Doimo, Elmar, Galli, Minacciolo, Nardi Interni, Gruppo Homes, Novamobili, Roberti Rattan, Scandola Mobili) Graphic design, under the signature "Högne&Platz design" finds accomplished expression in the creation of trademarks and logotypes, corporate corporate image, catalogs and packaging. Interior design is aimed at the design of new realizations and renovations of existing spaces, as well as the creation of exhibition environments. The scope of operations ranges from the private home to the public commercial space, with stylistic interventions aimed at solving specific design and construction needs. The profession of designer has always been flanked by the activity of artist, proposing his sophisticated and ironic vision of the world, which finds expression in the creation of works that assemble several materials often in "harmonic" conflict with each other.
